私を含む多くの人にとって、秋は最も魅惑的な季節である。その鮮やかな色、魅惑的な香り、独特の風味にいつも畏敬の念を抱いています。また、涼しい気候は私にとって最も快適です。夏と秋が私のお気に入りです。でも、今は秋に焦点を当てましょう。

秋は、栗や柿、きのこやかぼちゃなど、旬の食材の宝庫です。サツマイモを焼いた香ばしい匂いが漂ってくると、秋の到来を感じます。

焼き芋の香りが、この季節の楽しみを満喫するよう私を誘っているように感じるのです。

また、色とりどりの木々に囲まれた寺院や庭園を散策するのも、何か不思議な感じがします。この季節になると、私はいつも外に出て自然の中に身を置きたくなります。ハイキングでも散歩でも。以前、松阪に住んでいたときに松阪や城跡周辺で撮った写真を添付します。

私にとって紅葉は、変化の必然性を象徴しています。それは、私たちに心を配り、感謝することを促してくれるはずです。自然のはかない美しさを目の当たりにするとき、その一瞬一瞬を味わい、時々はゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことを忘れてはいけないと思います。

この9月から11月にかけて、活気ある通りや静かな公園を歩くたびに、今を大切にすることの大切さを思い出してみましょう。 12月、そして新しい季節が来るたびに、新たなインスピレーションを見つけましょう。それではまた。

For many people including myself, autumn is the most enchanting season. I am always in awe of its vibrant colors, enticing aroma and unique flavors. It also doesn’t hurt that the cool weather is the most comfortable for me. Summer and autumn are my two favorites. Let’s focus on autumn or fall for now though.

Autumn brings a bounty of seasonal ingredients, from chestnuts and persimmons to mushrooms and pumpkin. I know that autumn is here whenever I smell the aroma of roasted sweet potatoes through the air. It really feels and smells like it is inviting me to indulge in this seasonal delight.

There’s also something magical about strolling through temples and gardens, surrounded by trees ablaze with color. This season always makes me want to go out and be in and with nature. Whether it be for a hike or a stroll. I attached photos of me taken around Matsusaka and the castle ruins when I used to live here.

For me the changing of leaves symbolizes the inevitability of change. It should encourage us to be mindful and grateful. As we witness the fleeting beauty of nature, let’s not forget to savor each moment and slow down every now and then.

So from this September to November, whenever we walk through vibrant streets and tranquil parks, let’s be reminded of the importance of cherishing the present. We’ll find new inspiration in December and whenever a new season comes. Till next time.
